The series reflects my deepest love for the Great Indian Street Dog.
In India, a land that worships the animal kingdom through the teachings of ancient scriptures, the dog often makes headlines for its misbehavior, yet its friendly nature towards humans is seldom acknowledged.
I've observed infants rejoicing in the company of community animals, whether dogs, cats, squirrels, or crows. I've witnessed parents and grandparents who, unable to feed their children within the confines of their homes, utilise the outdoors amidst the wonderful neighborhood biodiversity.
I hope this series serves as a reminder of the beauty and companionship found in our Street Dog. Let us celebrate their presence in our lives and communities, fostering a deeper understanding and respect for all creatures, big and small.
